Exchange policy

Buying online can be pretty heckin' tough but we will do our best to accommodate your needs! We know that apparel sometimes just doesn't fit right and we’re happy to offer exchanges for items that aren’t comfortable for you. Please note that refund returns are not allowed.

Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery at cherrypugpie@gmail.com if you wish to exchange a product. The product must be in new/unused/unwashed condition. Please contact us with your order number, name, and item in which you would like to adjust the size.

In the case the product is damaged or defective, please contact us with photos. We will be more than happy to provide you a return shipping label to have it sent back for us for further examination. (Please note that we will be unable to reship out the new item until the original defective is returned to us.)

When returning an item, please email us the tracking number, so we can anticipate its arrival.
